MBA808 LEVEL MEASUREMENT WITH BULK CONE SMOOTHING
The “2-in-1” model of the MBA800 electronic paddle series offers two functions combined in one device. With steady filling, it levels the bulk cone with its own force and then emits a signal when the silo is full. This results in the optimum utilization of the silo capacity. Like all MBA800 series devices, the MBA808 is also based on stepper motor technology.

Background
This device makes full use of the possibilities of stepper motor technology. While a very large paddle uniformly levels the bulk material with great force during filling and pushes it circularly toward the inner wall of the silo, the previously unused flanks of the bulk cone are also filled. The MBA808 emits an additional “Silo completely full” signal only when it is no longer possible for a bulk cone to form and the silo is completely full.
